Prosedur Tamu dan Pengiriman Barang di Apartemen Bassura City

Manajemen Apartemen Bassura City menetapkan prosedur bagi tamu dan pengiriman barang sebagai upaya menjaga keamanan, ketertiban, serta kenyamanan seluruh penghuni. Diharapkan seluruh penghuni dapat memahami dan mematuhi ketentuan berikut :

Prosedur Tamu

Setiap tamu yang berkunjung ke unit penghuni wajib mengikuti prosedur keamanan yang berlaku.

Ketentuan umum:

  • Tamu wajib melapor kepada petugas keamanan di area lobby atau pos yang telah ditentukan
  • Tamu wajib menunjukkan identitas diri yang masih berlaku
  • Akses tamu akan disesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di masing-masing tower
  • Penghuni bertanggung jawab penuh atas tamu yang berkunjung ke unitnya
  • Tamu diharapkan mematuhi tata tertib dan menjaga kenyamanan lingkungan apartemen

Prosedur Pengiriman Barang & Paket

Pengiriman barang dan paket ke unit penghuni diatur guna menjaga kelancaran operasional serta keamanan area bersama.

Jam operasional penerimaan paket:

  • Setiap hari: 08.00 – 20.00 WIB
  • Paket diterima oleh petugas resepsionis sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku

Ketentuan umum:

  • Kurir wajib melapor kepada petugas keamanan atau resepsionis
  • Paket akan diterima oleh resepsionis sesuai jam operasional
  • Penghuni diharapkan melakukan pengambilan paket pada waktu yang ditentukan

Manajemen Bassura City berhak melakukan pengaturan dan penyesuaian terhadap prosedur tamu dan pengiriman barang sesuai dengan kondisi operasional. Informasi lebih lanjut dapat diperoleh melalui Tenant Relation atau petugas keamanan setempat.

Dengan adanya prosedur ini, diharapkan lingkungan Apartemen Bassura City tetap aman, tertib, dan nyaman bagi seluruh penghuni.
